Battery Park is a great place to watch sunset – see https://www.thebattery.org/ – and we were lucky having perfect weather!

Access is an easy walk from One World / Ground Zero – or via South Ferry Subway (Line 1).

It is also where the cruise boats to Statue of Liberty depart (operated by cityexperiences.com). We went to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island of a different day – see next post)
